with a custom Furnace Fiber Lining – You get the added benefit of a more efficient running furnace.

Ceramic Fiber Enterprises built this custom 12# 3000F Full Thickness MAFTEC™ Flue Module to rebuild an internal recirculation flue section, reducing thermal shock and increasing the lining life vs hard refractories.

Figure 2 – module installed

Ceramic Fiber Enterprises finished this lining of a direct fire vertical galvanizing line last summer. A custom 13" thick PCW lining to fit the burner layout. Reducing thermal shock, seen by the burner tiles.
