Custom PCW Module Lining in a Vertical Galvanizing Line

CFE full thickness modules shown are made from high temperature MAFTEC ^TM alumina polycrystalline wool (PCW) blanket. The modules were custom made to 13” thick and various length and widths to fit the customer’s layout. These modules exhibit low shrinkage and excellent resistance to severe environments at temperatures up to 1600C (2912F). The picture shown is after six months of service and many cycles of severe nitrogen cool downs. Signs show so far reduced cracking of the DF burner refractory blocks, with our custom CFE design. We are a direct MAFTEC ^TM supplier and OEM fabricator.
